DESCRIPTION
في إطار الجهود الوطنية الهادفة إلى تطوير القدرات البشرية في القطاع اللوجستي ودعم تحقيق أهداف رؤية عمان 2040 في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية وسلاسل التوريد، تتشرف الأكاديمية العُمانية اللوجستية بتنظيم مبادرة تعليمية زيارة ميدانية لطلبة جامعة مسقط – تخصص علم اللوجستيات والنقل وسلاسل التوريد – إلى ميناء صحار - منطقة صحار الحرة، وذلك بهدف تعزيز المعرفة التطبيقية لدى الطلبة وربط الجانب الأكاديمي بالممارسات الواقعية في بيئة العمل اللوجستية.
As part of the national efforts aimed at developing human capabilities in the logistics sector and supporting the achievement of Oman Vision 2040 objectives in logistics services and supply chains, the Oman Logistics Academy is honored to organize an educational field visit for Muscat University students – Logistics, Transport, and Supply Chain Management major – to Sohar Port and the Sohar Free Zone.
This initiative aims to enhance students’ applied knowledge and link academic learning with real-world practices within the logistics work environment.

تسعى هذه المبادرة إلى:
1. تعريف الطلبة بالبنية التحتية والعمليات التشغيلية في أحد الموانئ العُمانية الرائدة.
2. ترسيخ مفهوم التعليم التطبيقي وتكامل المعرفة النظرية مع الواقع العملي.
3. تشجيع الطلبة على الانخراط في القطاع اللوجستي بما يعزز التعمين والكفاءات الوطنية المستقبلية.
4. تعزيز الوعي بالدور الحيوي الذي تلعبه الموانئ في دعم اقتصاد عُمان ورؤية عُمان 2040.
5. بناء قنوات تواصل بين الطلبة وقطاع الخدمات اللوجستية لتعزيز فرص التدريب والتوظيف.
6. تسليط الضوء على دور الأكاديمية العُمانية اللوجستية في تطوير وتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية.
This initiative aims to:
-Introduce students to the infrastructure and operational processes of one of Oman’s leading ports.
-Reinforce the concept of applied learning by integrating theoretical knowledge with real-world practice.
-Encourage students to engage in the logistics sector in a way that supports Omanization and the development of future national talents.
-Strengthen awareness of the vital role ports play in supporting Oman’s economy and Oman Vision 2040.
-Build communication channels between students and the logistics sector to enhance internship and employment opportunities.
-Highlight the role of the Oman Logistics Academy in developing and empowering national talent.
Prerequisite
التخصص والعدد المطلوب :
1. الرحلة متاحة لتخصص سلاسل الإمداد والنقل واللوجستيات فقط
2. أفراد اللجنة المنظمة للرحلة سيتم إختيارهم من قبل رئيس اللجنة المنظمة بالتعاون مع الأكاديمية العمانية اللوجستية
3. العدد المطلوب للرحلة 25 طالب وطالبه بواقع عدد 2 حافلة نقل
4. بالإضافة الى عدد خمسة أشخاص من أفراد اللجنة المنظمة من جامعة مسقط مع فريق التصوير، وسيرتدي أفراد اللجنة المنظمة اللابكوت الخاص للأكاديمية العمانية اللوجستية
5. سيتم إختيار الطلبة بعد التسجيل في برنامج منصة الإنترشب وعمل قرعة لإخيتار المشاركين
إجراءات السلامة والتصاريح الأمنية:
1. يجب على جميع المشاركين الالتزام بلوائح السلامة الخاصة بميناء صحار.
2. يتم ترتيب تصاريح دخول الزوار مسبقًا من قبل أكاديمية OLA بالتنسيق مع أمن الميناء.
3. تقديم إحاطة سلامة إلزامية قبل الجولة الميدانية.
4. ستوفر إدارة ميناء صحار إرتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية المناسبة (خوذة، سترة عاكسة، حذاء مغلق) أثناء الزيارة الميدانية حيث يجب إرتداؤها.
النقل والخدمات اللوجستية:
5. يتم توفير أو ترتيب وسائل النقل من قبل جامعة مسقط، على أن تكون تحت إشراف الأكاديمية العُمانية اللوجستية.
6. نقطة التجمّع: الحرم الرئيسي لجامعة مسقط (المغادرة الساعة 9:00 صباحًا بالتمام).
7. يتم ترتيب الغداء والمرطبات بالتعاون مع ميناء صحار المستضيف.
إجراءت إدارية وإحترازية:
• ستقوم إدارة الأكاديمية بتوثيق الرحلة من خلال فرق التصوير بالتعاون مع جامعة مسقط
• على كل طالب وطالبة الإلتزام بالزي الرسمي مع ارتداء أحذية مريحة ومناسبة لبيئة المواقع الصناعية
• ستقوم الأكاديمية بإعداد تقرير مُلخّص ومشاركته مع جامعة مسقط وإدارة ميناء صحار
• على كل طالب وطالبة مشاركة إعداد تقرير إنطباعي قصير خلال الزيارة أو بعد الزيارة.
• يرجى من جميع الطلبة الالتزام بالسلوك المهني الرفيع وتمثيل الأكاديمية العُمانية اللوجستية وجامعة مسقط بأفضل صورة ممكنة. وفي حال وجود أي تصرّف لا يتوافق مع معايير السلوك المتوقعة، ستقوم الجهة المعنية باتخاذ الإجراء المناسب وفق اللوائح المعمول بها
• ستقوم الأكاديمية العمانية اللوجستية بتسليم شهادات المشاركة للمشاركين في ميناء صحار.
• يجب أن يكون المشاركون مغطّين بتأمين الرحلات الميدانية من قبل الجامعة أو الأكاديمية خلال الزيارة.
Translation:
Specialization & Required Number:
-The trip is available exclusively for students majoring in Supply Chain, Transport, and Logistics.
-Members of the organizing committee will be selected by the committee leader in coordination with the Oman Logistics Academy.
-The required number for the trip is 25 students, with 2 transport buses allocated.
-In addition, five members from the Muscat University organizing committee, along with the media/photography team, will join. Organizing committee members will wear the Oman Logistics Academy lab coat.
-Students will be selected after registration through the internship platform, followed by a lottery draw to choose the participants.
Safety and Security Clearances:
-All participants must adhere to Sohar Port’s safety regulations.
-Visitor entry permits will be arranged in advance by OLA Academy in coordination with port security.
-A mandatory safety briefing will be conducted before the site tour.
-Sohar Port management will provide the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—helmet, reflective vest, and closed-toe shoes—which must be worn during the visit.
Transportation and Logistics:
-Transportation will be provided or arranged by Muscat University, under the supervision of the Oman Logistics Academy.
-Meeting point: Muscat University main campus (departure at 9:00 AM sharp).
-Lunch and refreshments will be arranged in coordination with the hosting entity, Sohar Port.
Administrative & Precautionary Measures:
• The Academy’s management, in cooperation with Muscat University, will document the trip through photography teams.
• All students must adhere to the official dress code and wear comfortable shoes suitable for industrial environments.
• The Academy will prepare a summary report and share it with Muscat University and Sohar Port management.
• Each student must submit a short reflective report during or after the visit.
• Students are expected to maintain high professional conduct and represent the Oman Logistics Academy and Muscat University in the best possible manner. Any behavior not in line with expected standards will be addressed according to applicable regulations.
• The Oman Logistics Academy will provide Certificates of Participation to the students at Sohar Port.
• All participants must be covered by field trip insurance from the University or the Academy during the visit.
